Fall-ing in Love

Look at all these beauties just dying to make it into my fall wardrobe. Those leather booties from ShoeMint? Amazeballs. Finding comfort in classics with boyfriend jeans, polka dots, and a cognac cross body {they can do no wrong}. And the wedge sneaker thing? I surprisingly can't get enough.  Cozy sweaters perfect for layering over scalloped edging. Drop-waists & mustard wedges to help round out my work wardrobe for the upcoming months. And my new tortoise shell sunnies that will be perfect come football season to cheer on the Creme de la Creme of the crop {Iowa Hawkeyes}!

work it mondays: the printed dress

Every working girl and Everygirl needs a jazzy LBD.  I recently pinned this mixed prints LBD as an inspiration piece to my ever expanding wardrobe.  Printed dresses can be dressed up with a blazer or cardigan, worn with tights or bare legs, and paired with a variety of shoes.  A printed black & white dress will never go out of style.  And in the season of dressing colorfully, try pairing your dress with this and that.

what i wore: monday

earlier this summer i snagged my most coveted skirt from threadsence.  today, i paired it with a grey tank [tucked in] and these booties i picked up from nine west.  i have had a thing for the neutral palette lately and this blush toned pleated beauty fits right in.  let's just say this outfit sideswiped any case of the mondays i was going to have today.
