Announcement: Wallis + The Brunette One Head to NYFW

The results are in. This girl is headed to New York City to cover NYFW with Wallis Fashion. I haven't even unpacked from Vegas and now I need to start planning for NYFW! I can't even begin to process that I'm attending my first ever NYFW, let alone to represent one of my favorite brands.

I recently participated in a contest along side many stylish bloggers highlighting this Wallis blazer.  After the contest concluded, Wallis asked if I would participate in their search to find their US Blogger Ambassador. The winner will get flown to London at the end of April to be introduced as the new US face of WallisFashion.com and spend the year representing the fashion powerhouse not only in the UK but the US as well.

After spending a long weekend in Steamboat, Colorado, I have found it hard to get back into the swing of things. Though I've never visited Colorado in the winter, summer in the mountains has to be one of the best.  The wedding was held atop the mountain, after being taken up by gondola. Gorgeous views, a breathtaking wedding, and a kick-ass dance party to celebrate the newly married couple. It was a perfect evening {proceeded by a karaoke welcome party on Friday night and ended with a backyard BBQ at a neighboring family ranch on Sunday evening}.
