Last Friday, my friend Emily and I headed back to aimee to celebrate their eight wonderful years of business. The first stop of the evening, here for a quick appetizer and cocktail before heading to the store. We proceeded to make a few new friends, one of whom, Suzanne, offered us some great fur coat thrifting advice. Emily and I left coveting a few fur coats and had a little too much fun playing dress up, like they say, playing dress up beings at the age of 5 and never truly ends! My Style: Pink Lady

This is what I wore last Sunday - lounging, cleaning my closet, and running errands.  These pants were $8. I kid you not - only $8.  Best decision of my life. So was this sweater, which I also have in gray {see how I styled it here}.  Like many others, I'm trying to wear more color this spring and I have a feeling these jeans will be quite the staple over the next few months!

After a stressful week, I made sure to make the most of this past weekend. I spent Saturday celebrating my mom's birthday and spending quality time with my family.  We indulged at The Waterfront {where my mom took on The Chuck Norris & won} and followed up with a movie.  We finished our night at our local restaurant and bar, Sam & Gabes, with cocktails and great music. Sunday morning was left to catch up on my magazines & enjoy a delicious breakfast.  I eventually found the motivation to go into work for a few hours but made sure to enjoy The Grammy's {did you catch my live tweeting?} as I pretended to clean my room.
